4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. We offer a free trial with limited features. To access the full range of services, including downloading high-quality stylized images, users must make a one-time payment. Pricing details are available on our website. All payments are processed securely.

4.2. Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once a stylized image has been generated and downloaded. If you have not generated or downloaded any stylized images after payment, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@youstylize.com.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. You retain all rights to the original images you upload to our platform.

5.2. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your uploaded images solely for the purpose of generating stylized images and improving our services.

5.3. Stylized images generated using our platform may be used for personal or commercial purposes by the user who created them. Once downloaded, you own the rights to the stylized image for your intended use, subject to these Terms.

5.4. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the images you upload or any inputs you provide do not violate any laws or third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
